Making an appointment:
To help with social distancing, please phone us (Tues - Sat 10am - 2pm, available from 7th July) , go online or download our app if you wish to make an appointment – only those with an appointment will be allowed to enter the premises.
Stop the spread:
If you are feeling unwell, display any symptoms of COVID- 19 or have been in contact with anyone who is displaying symptoms or tested positive in the last 14 days, please stay at home and reschedule your appointment.
Health & Safety :
1. On arrival, please sanitise your hands before entering the salon. We will provide these facilities. Please come alone, unless you are accompanying a minor or are a registered carer. Please arrive on time, you may be asked to wait outside if you are early and we may be unable to accommodate you if you arrive late. Please limit personal belonging as these will be kept with you at all times.
2. We will greet you without close contact (no hugs unfortunately). Please adhere to social distancing where possible and be mindful of others when moving through the salon. You will be asked to fill in and sign a smart consultation form. Our digital forms meet all the necessary GDPR requirements.
3. We are following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used tissues straight in the bin after use. Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.
4. There will be no reading materials or refreshments, until further notice. You are welcome to bring your own. (No food please)
5. We will sanitise all stations, tools etc. before and after each client. Door handles, toilet and other high touch areas will be sanitised regularly.
6. Stylists will wash their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments. We will wear visors throughout your entire service and gloves where possible. Freshly laundered gowns, towels and aprons will be used for each client and washed at 60o.
7. We ask you kindly not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item.
8. We accept both card and cash.
Please note: Face masks are not mandatory, but for your own peace of mind, they can be worn. We may ask you to remove the ear loops when we are colouring, shampooing and cutting.
We have also carried out extensive Risk Assessments for the safely of both the clients and staff, if you have any questions or queries please email us.
If you display any COVID-19 symptoms up to 7 days after visiting the salon please email us.
If you are vulnerable or high risk and wish to book a private appointment please email us. This service will be priced on application.
